Contract management

With our system you can store contracts signed with each partner and see “Compensation” filed for each partner. The numbers will be presented in % and $ value according to the agreement with a particular partner. You can also see the revenue generated up to date since the sign-up event.

Reporting

We have a flexible reporting solution that gives you the ability to choose a report template or to customize reports according to your partners’ needs. The status of leads such as “qualifies”, “unqualified”, “dead”, and “active” should be sent to partners according to a mutually-agreed-upon time frame.

Security controls

You can set permissions which will allow your partners to access the sales leads in their territories only, or only the leads provided only by them. You can also manually share specific sales leads with other users to maximize business opportunity.

Security rules and custom folders allow managers to organize documents and communications based on partner type, department, or any other criteria, with access limited to the intended viewer only. Document management is secure and customized.

2nd tier referral program

Our system enables you to track not only the sales from each of your 1st tier partners, but also sales made by newly signed-up partners that joined the program as a result of a reference from one of your affiliates or referral partners. Compensation therefore has to be calculated according to company agreement and values displayed in a field “2-nd tier partnership.”

Co-marketing program management

Your partners can submit marketing requests to you for co-marketing programs, to drive their business. Requests are automatically compared and deducted from the partner budget. Customers will be able to manage partner claims for funds requests by analyzing each claim, compared to the allocated budget for each partner. Claims should be documented with a proof of performance. For all financial and non-financial transactions, partners submit claims with proof of performance. Documents and uploaded materials are integrated with marketing programs.

Special promotion for partners

With our product you will be able to make your partner portal “stickier” and increase partner adoption by creating and communicating rebates and promotions for the partners. We will gladly provide rebate guidelines and best practices to help channel managers design and launch winning programs.
